BY CAR: 

Ca 12 min. from the airport by car. The hotel is located in Canico de Baixo.

From the airport zou take the highway in direction Funchal. Soon after leaving the airport you will find a gas station on your right hand side. Here you can fill your rent-a-car if necessary. Keep driving in direction Funchal then take the exit to Canico / Canic de Baixo on your right hand side. Turn left down towards Canico de Baixo and the sea side. After a while you will pass the Restaurant "Klenk" on your left hand side and then Restaurant Cerverjeria Alemao on your right hand side. Drive another 200m and turn right down to the reception of Sport Hotels Galosol. 

BY TAXI:

The stipulated fair for taxi from the airport to the hotel is per 1.6.2008  between 18 - 20 Euros. Sunday and holiday supplement of 20%.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION - BUS:

Public transportation by bus is available but not recomended. The bus goes to Funchal or Canico where you then will have to change to Canico do Baixo. Please inform the bus driver about which hotel you are staying in and they will stop and let you out on the right place.
