Rainer Waschkewitz is a bike enthusiast and a once German biking professional that resides in Madeira since 1980. With various Portuguese teams he has put behind him more than 200.000 km and more then hundreds of competitions throughout the years.  It´s safe to say he really knows his way around the island! The sympathetic and quiet bike technician (hence the high quality of his rental bikes!) has explored the  many bike routes around the island and has created tour programs that partly will take you through unexplored nature. Whether you are a leasure biker or a pro, Rainer prepare you the perfect route with his extensive experience.

1As he started his bike rental company back in 1990 (the first of its kind in Madeira). Though they were kind in their criticism and had their doubts it would work, today Rainer also has requests from the local Madeireans to show them their own island by bike.
